An initial non –refundable booking deposit of 25% of the rental cost shall be sent with the booking form to Mr T Pothecary, Centurion House, West Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0LZ, UK to confirm booking.

The balance of the rent, together with the security deposit, is payable not less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. If you are booking less than 8 weeks before the arrival date, full payment is requested on booking.

The property will be available from 5.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. The accommodation is for use ONLY of the party shown on the booking form. The number of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed 12.

A child’s cot can be provided if requested on booking form.

Bookings are usually made Friday to Friday. Arrival times 5.00pm-7.00pm.
Departure time final day before 10.00am.

The owners will do their best to ensure that any booking made by them will be to your satisfaction. Holidaymakers who accept the booking agree and acknowledge that the owners shall not become liable or responsible for loss, damage, or injury to property or persons in connection to the holiday.

The prices are in euro per week for the holiday property. Prices include all linen, towels and beach towels.

The holidaymaker is responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition on termination of the holiday. The holidaymaker must take all the rubbish out of the villa at the end of there stay. There is a bin collection every day apart from Sunday. They are also liable for breakages or damages at the property which occur during the period of their occupancy.
Breakages to be notified immediately.
A security deposit of €2000 is to be made 8 weeks prior to arrival to cover the cost of any damages and/or breakages to, or at the property, and the cost of any additional cleaning. It will be returned by post within one week of departure when a full check of the property has taken place. Breakages and damages, declared or discovered must be paid before departure.

If you wish to cancel your booking you must immediately notify us by email, fax or letter. The booking deposit is not refundable. We will do our best to resell the cancellation holiday and if successful we will refund the monies paid less the booking deposit ( less €500 administration charge). Less any difference between the price you paid for the property and the price paid by the replacement customer for the letting of the property.

Please be careful with the key to the property. If lost, contact us immediately and arrangements will be made to get a spare one but this would be at a cost of €200. There is a keybox at the property, you will be given the code but it is essential that you always scramble the code after use to avoid any security issues.

Our representative shall be allowed access to inspect the property prior to your departure. They also have a right to access the property during your stay to carry out urgent maintenance. Our pool maintenance person and gardener enters the property each week during your stay, normally very early in the morning.

Our swimming pool is not heated all year round and normally opens May & closes mid October, please check with us that the pool is heated for use for the period that you wish to stay at the property. We cannot be responsible for low water temperatures, the pool is usually warm enough to swim in from June to mid September but this cannot be guaranteed. Beach/pool towels are supplied.
Young children must not be allowed to wander unaccompanied in the swimming pool area. Children must be supervised at all times while being close to the swimming pool or while swimming. Children who cannot swim must have appropriate flotation equipment. The pool depth at the deepest is 2.5 metres.
